Caroline is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with a passion for making workplaces great!

She brings 8 years of high level global Human Resources expertise to the party. She got her start streamlining everyday business office functions in the Financial District of New York City. From there, she transitioned to a global firm specializing in Ab Initio development projects with clients such as Citi, Chase, Synchrony, and Wells Fargo.

She is a Bridgewater Associates alum by way of the Dalio Family Office, bringing a rigorous, analytical edge to her consulting objectives. Her experience diagnosing systems and human capital needs sets her apart from others in the DFW market.

A professional people person, she provides insights into UX/customer experience, internal systems, and business growth. With experience building out processes in nonprofits, startup organizations, and established companies, she knows how to take your independent small business to the next level.

She is most passionate about Learning & Development, elevating the experience of your organization’s stakeholders, and using DEI to supercharge your business outcomes.

In her free time, she enjoys reading biographies, colorful still life acrylic painting, and experimenting with craft cocktail recipes. You can usually find her with her best friend (and discoHR mascot!), miniature dachshund, Cordelia.
